I believe the best decisions are made by small teams, working for a common goal, so that’s what we do. The key to my service is communication, as I start every project by listening carefully to how my clients do business and how they want their customers to interact with them.

I work closely with all personnel of the business and get them involved and motivated to achieve a positive outcome. I use modern technology to communicate at a time to suit you; to test the market and to produce the ‘goods’.

Next, I write a marketing report for discussion, which will then form your Marketing plan. Budgets and timescales agreed, I work hand in hand with you to deliver the plan and get your business in front of your customers.

We then review how each activity has achieved its objectives, adjust the marketing plan accordingly and set new targets. Every plan is unique and may consist of various elements of the Marketing Mix.
